Enabling the Doc.It 4.6 Outlook Plugin (draft)
Hello Doc.It Users,
It has come to our attention that the Doc.It 4.6 Outlook plugin may be getting disabled by Outlook due to slow loading. We are working on improving the speed of the plugin, but in the meantime, you can simply re-enable the Doc.It Outlook Plugin with the steps provided below.
The quickest way to determine if the plugin is enabled or not, is to go to the File menu in Outlook, and look for a link named "Doc.It Options" at the bottom left of this screen.
If you do not see this link then use the steps outlined below to enable your Doc.It Outlook Plugin:
How enable the Doc.It Outlook Plugin
Outlook 2019
1. Go to File > Options > Select Add-ins > and Click Go... as depicted in the image below.
2. In the next pop-up screen, check the box next to Doc.It Outlook Plugin and click OK
3. Sign In your Doc.It account by going to File > Doc.It Options > Sign In (disregard if button is labelled Sign Out) . This will open a browser window prompting you to enter credentials, then to submit a User Code.
