How to perform a Reset Layout.

Reset Layout is a simple troubleshooting step for various issues that are affecting a single user's installation of Doc.It. (not for firm-wide issue)


To perform a reset layout...
  1.  Down the left hand pane find the "Maintenance" link and click it.
  2.  Within the Maintenance console locate the "Reset Layout" button and select it. (If not present have someone with this access perform steps 1 to 4)
  3.  Use the Drop down menu or type ahead to find the affected user.
  4.  Click "Reset Layout" and OK when complete.
  5.  On the affected user's system, shutdown Doc.It Suite and the Desktop Connector (or Startup Utility for 4.5) 
  6.  Relaunch Doc.It Suite and the Desktop Connector (or Startup Utility for 4.5)
