Unable to Open PDF documents created in Taxprep 2020 applications

Users may experience an issue viewing PDF documents that have been created in TaxPrep 2020 applications.

A Flash logo may be present, preventing the document from being viewed correctly.

This is an issue that we recently became aware of and is currently with our development team.

We are waiting on an update from Tracker, the base of our PDF, as this is an issue reported on their site.

When Tracker has addressed the issue we will then be able to include it in an update.


If you experience issues opening a document created in Taxprep 2020 please print it to our PDF printer.
This should allow for it to successfully open in our PDF Editor.
