Dashboard

This page provides an overview of the District Asset Manager.

The following dashboards are covered on this page:

  • Reports Dashboard provides information such as the total number and value of assets along with links to Quick Reports.
  • Manage Assets Dashboard provides quick access to Asset Types, Departments, Locations and Add/Edit Asset.
  • Helpdesk Dashboard allows you to see the number of active support tickets broken down by priority and also a quick link to opening a new support ticket.
  • Mobile AM Dashboard allows you to view how many mobile devices have been approved or are awaiting approval.

Select Change Your Password if you need to create a new password and follow the provided steps.

Use the menu to navigate through your system.

Dashboard is the opening screen and provides an overview of your Asset Manager system.

Menu

Reports — access reports available in Asset Manager.

Manage — access Asset Types, Departments, Locations, Add/Edit Assets, and Import Assets.

Helpdesk — access Open a Support Ticket, Active Support Tickets, My Tickets, Closed Tickets, and Ticket Status Setup.

Mobile AM — access Devices and Get the App.

Discovery — access Devices, History Comparison, Reporting, and Download.

Settings — access System Users, Support Email, and System Help.

Select Logout to close your current session.
