Open a Support Ticket

Select Helpdesk > Open Support Ticket.

Enter either the name or the asset ID of the required asset in Asset Name, then select Go.

If the ticket does not need to be assigned to an asset, select Open a ticket without an asset.

The Open A Support Ticket page is displayed.

The first section contains the details of the selected asset. If an asset has not been selected, then the section is not displayed.

In the second section, enter the information to be emailed to your Organisation Support Team.

Add a title for the email (displayed in the subject line).

Select your department from the drop-down list.

Enter a description of the problem.

Select Go.

The My Tickets page is displayed with an overview of all support tickets that have been assigned to you.

Select To see the tickets you have setup please click here to view all of the support tickets that you have setup through Open A Support Ticket.
