The following updates were made to District Asset Manager during October 2022:

Fixes and Updates
- Calculate Depreciation From date field now available on depreciation reports
- All days of the week displayed when using Asset Calendar on an Android of Apple (iOS) mobile browser
- Details of completed transactions only applied to the item in1:1 Reporting that it was originally processed for
- Student Number populated in 1:1 Manager when completing Bulk Check-In/Check-Out
- Report displayed when entering a Filter Term (Optional) in 1:1 Reporting
- Helpdesk inboxes and tickets are no longer removed when District Asset Manager is backed up or data is rolled back
- Email notifications now sent for Helpdesk tickets created on the General Open Ticket (GOT) page
- Imported data populated in 1:1 Manager when completing Bulk Check-In/Check-Out
- Images or videos added asMedia from an Android or Apple (iOS) device displays correctly for the asset in the District Asset Manager web application
- Emailed replies to email addresses containing apostrophes ' now sent correctly
- Media files, such as videos and images, can now be added when editing assets
- Error message no longer displayed when text is deleted from GOT Page Content in Action Helpdesk Settings
- Asset ID now recognized when scanned using the District Asset Manager app
- Tickets created using Ticket Scheduler now display in Active Tickets withscheduled date
- Asset displayed when searching for an Asset ID using either lowercase or uppercase letters in the app
