Asset Type by Current Status

This reports allows you to generate an exportable list of assets based on their Asset Type, Location, and Department. If required, you can select assets with a certain Status.

Select the Asset Type for the required option in the first table, select the Location in the second, and the Department in the third.

If you want to create your report without including sub-folders use the tables on the right hand side.

Whether you are selecting from the left or right hand table, you can select multiple options in each of the three sections by the use of the Ctrl key and selecting the relevant options.

If you do not choose a specific Asset Type, Location, or Department then the report displays all details for the option.

Select the Current Status from the drop-down list, then select Run Report to display the results. If you leave the Current Status as All, then the report displays all of the assets that meet the requirements selected no matter what the status of the asset.

To change any of the criteria used to produce the results, select Back in your browser. You are returned to the previous page.

To view more information on an Asset, select the Asset ID link. To export your report data into a CSV or RTF file, select the required link.
