Draft Bills and Credit Notes dashlet

Displays current drafts of bills and credit notes for the selected clients. Click the blue hyperlink to display a list of the drafts via the Draft Bills for page.

Create a new draft by clicking the applicable New button.

Jobs Due for Billing (where the billing type is Based on Job) indicates the number of jobs with a billing type based on jobs that are due for billing (the job must be completed and have outstanding WIP). Click the blue hyperlink to create a draft via the Billing Portfolio page.

Out of Scope indicates the number of jobs with out of scope time that has not been reviewed. Click the blue hyperlink to review the time via the Billing Portfolio page.
