The following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are available from the system relating to both clients and staff members:

Cost Velocity |
Indicates the rate at which work (time entered into a timesheet) is turned into bills. For example:

Cost Turnaround |
The average number of days taken to turn work (time entered into a timesheet) into bills. |
Average Charge per Hour |
How much is charged per hour based on the time posted. |
Average Bill per Hour |
How much is charged per hour based on what has actually been billed, which therefore takes write ups and write offs into account. |
Revenue Velocity |
The rate at which bills are turned into cash. For example:

Revenue Turnaround |
How many days it takes, on average, to receive payment after invoices are issued. |
