Maintain billing layout options

This category determines email and PDF generation options for fees against the available layouts. The available layouts are based upon the layouts that have been added to the report types and the Organizations.

  1. Select Admin > Categories from the menu.

  2. Select Special Categories from the list, then select Billing Layout Options.

  3. Click Add (or View/Edit to edit an existing category).

  4. Select the Email Option from the list. This determines whether bills that are emailed using this layout will email the fee and any attachments. The options available are:

    • PE Layout Only – will only email the fee

    • Attachments only – will only email the attachments

    • PE layout and Attachments – will email both the fee and the attachments

  5. The Regenerate if O/S Changes determines whether the stored generated fee will be used when reprinting the fee or whether the fee must be regenerated each time. If using a billing layout that includes any ageing information, this option should be selected.

  6. Click Save.
