Maintain internal clients

IT Manager Practice Admin

  1. Select Admin > Categories from the menu.

  2. Select Main Categories from the list, then select Internal Clients.

  3. Click Add (or View/Edit to edit an existing category).

  4. Enter a Code to be used when searching for this client, together with the client Name.

  5. Enter a Short Code to be used when searching.

  6. Select the Organization and Office which the client is attached.

  7. Select the Manager and Partner in charge of this client.

  8. Select the Department the client is attached to.

  9. Finally, select Active or Lost from the Status list then click Save.
