Export to Excel

You can export the contents of most Credit Control grids, to a new Excel worksheet.

To export the contents of a grid, including the column header row:

• Click Export to Excel.

  The contents of the grid are saved as a new an Excel worksheet, with an indicative filename, in your local Downloads folder.

  Export filenames begin with the module name, then a hyphen, followed by the name of the source grid, the date of the export (yyyymmdd), and the time of the export (hhmmss); e.g. Credit Control - Clients with Outstanding Fees 20220124144658.xlsx for an export of the Clients with Outstanding Fees grid on 24 January 2022 at 14:46:58.
