Logic Gates

Logic Gates are non-visual Components that allow redirection. Essentially, they consist of a SQL statement that returns an Component ID to which the Logic Gate will subsequently redirect.

For example, users might log in to via a Logic Gate, which accesses the user’s StaffID, derives their User Type, and then redirects them to the relevant Dashboard Canvas.

Logic Gates are managed via the Logic Gate list.

To access the Logic Gate List:

• In the Setup menu bar, select Navigation / Logic Gates.
