Navigation: Menus

Each Dashboard can display only one menu, but multiple menus can be defined.

One menu must be assigned to each User Group (see New Group / Edit Group), and the options on that menu will circumscribe the navigation options, and therefore the areas of functionality, that are available to any user who is assigned to that Group.

It is also possible to assign a Menu at User level (see New User / Edit User), in which case the User setting overrides the Group setting.

Menus are managed via the Menu List, which can be accessed via the Home Page Setup menu bar.

Access via the Setup menu bar to setup and configuration options is dependent on the Allow Config. Dashboard setting in the New Group or Edit Group screens.
