User Defined Forms (UDF)

The application can now be integrated with Avalara Tax Calculation engine. Integration is governed by a new Switch in tblLedgers.

As part of the Avalara integration enhancement a Taxable flag has been added to the Job UDF form to determine whether or not to make an API call on a Job.

The following additional fields have been added for the Avalara integration Enhancement

ShiptoAddressLine1 (Text)

ShipToAddressLine2 (Text)

ShipToState (Text)

ShipToZipCode (Text)

ShipToCIty (Text)

Taxable (flag/Checkbox)

These Address fields are used by the Avalara tax calc engine to determine and calculate the tax for the specified Job.

Note: In Star PM the above fields will not be visible in Star PM. In Star PDM these fields will be

visible in the form but as optional fields.
