Leaver Replacement Criteria

Leaver Replacement Criteria apply only to Jobs with Mini-Budgets.

Processing attempts to compare staff based on staff pool information, privileges, and restrictions (Entity, Service Line, etc.) only. A leaver's replacement is expected to be able to see the Job, and to have equal or greater access. (Privileges are derived from a Group Privileges, not User privileges).

Select the appropriate checkboxes in this section to specify which points of comparison must match for a replacement to occur.

• Entity,
• Service Line,
• Staff Type,
• Office, and/or
• Department.

Any of the above values that are defined for the Replacement must exactly match those for the Leaver being replaced.

Where the preceding configuration options for budgets are per Job Type, the Leaver Replacement Criteria are just one set of options for all Jobs.
