Contact Favorites
The Favorites screen displays all contacts that have been marked as a favourite.
Contacts can be added to Favorites on the contacts' details screen.
During the Add to Favorites process, they can be managed in to an existing folder, or a new folder can be created.
Use Remove if you no longer want the contact listed on the Favorites screen.
Remove only relates to the Favorite status, and does not remove them from IRIS Firm Management as the Delete option does elsewhere.
The Export to Excel option will download an Excel format file, containing the information on screen. The name of the download will usually relate to the screen you were on. For example, after you have searched on the Recent clients screen, Export to Excel will create a file named "Recent Client List".
The file can be found in the default download location for your device.
Right-click Menu Options
- Add to Favorites - Deletes the selected record, after prompting for confirmation.

Copy Name and Address - Copies the values from the Forename, Surname, and Address Detail columns to the clipboard.

Convert to Self-Scheduling/Mini-Budget - Converts the Job Budget Type as indicated, after displaying a prompt for confirmation.
