Produce a list of staff leave usage

  1. Select Portfolios > Task Pad from the menu.
  2. From the task pad, click Staff Leave Usage Portfolio.
  3. From the Staff Leave List, filter the results by selecting from the Office, Department or Year End lists as required. You can also search for a specific staff member.

  4. The grid list can be changed as required. You can also export the data for use in other applications, such as Microsoft Excel.
  5. Click More Detail to view the leave record for an individual staff member.
