Report Conversion

To access one of the Report Conversion screens:

  • In the Setup menu bar, select, as appropriate:
  • Tools / Selector Report, Summary Report, or Tabular Report.

The elements in the Selector Report, Summary Report and Tabular Report Conversion screens are identical, except for their titles.

The Component List, on the left, presents a list of every report Component available for conversion.

The Selected Components list, on the right, presents a list of every report Component currently selected for conversion.

To locate an existing Component, in either list:

  • Use either the filters in the column headers or the scroll bar and the page navigation controls in the grid footer (for details, see Column Filters and Page Navigation).

To add one or more Components to the Selected Components list:

  • Use Shift or Ctrl+click to make your selections in the Component List, and then click Add.
  • The selected users are added to the Selected Users list.

To add all of the available Components to the Selected Components list:

  • Simply click Add All.

To remove one or more selected Components from the Selected Components list:

  • Use Shift or Ctrl+click to make your selections in the Selected Components list, and then click Remove.
  • The selected Components are removed from the Selected Components list.

To remove all selected Components from the Selected Components list:

  • Simply click Remove All.

To convert all of the Selected Components:

  • Click Convert.
