Schedule Selector

The Schedule Selector is used to select Schedules either when creating a booking or when moving a booking from one schedule to another.

The Schedule Selector is displayed when you click the Schedule control ellipsis button [...] in either the Create Booking dialog or the Move to Different Schedule window.

When selecting schedules for viewing, a different selector, the Select Schedule window is used.

Schedule selection can be based on any combination of Search Criteria, the criteria available for selection being subject to your system's unique configuration.

To return a list of Schedules that meet the Search Criteria you have specified, click Search. The results of your search are then displayed in the Search Results grid.

If no Search Criteria are specified, all existing Schedules are returned. If your search returns more matching Schedules than can be displayed in one screen, scroll bars are activated automatically. Either scroll, or use the arrow keys to ‘tab’ through.

Filters enable you to choose which columns are displayed in the grid, and to configure column-specific filter criteria. For details, see Column Sorting and Filtering.

To clear all Search Criteriaand start again, click Reset.

Once you have located and selected the schedule you need, click Select.
