Record Buttons

To the right of the function buttons, the module toolbars also display quick-access buttons for each open record, labelled with the Client, Job, Staff, or Contact's Number and Name (so, if there are no open records, there will be no quick access buttons in the toolbar).

So if you open the record for Client X, then search for and open the record for Client Y, then buttons will be displayed on the toolbar for each open Client, allowing you to quickly swap between records. This is particularly useful when records have been minimised.

These buttons are displayed only once the record has been opened, and while it remains open.

When, with multiple records open, there is no space available to display any further record buttons, an overflow menu represented by 3 horizontal dots is displayed. Click on this to display a dropdown list and access the most recently opened records.

If you attempt close a UDF module (tab) displaying open records, the application displays a warning dialog, in which you can either click Cancel, and then exit each record before closing the module, or click OK to continue and close all of the open records.
