Active Due Dates

The Active Due Dates grid displays details of staff assignments, including all of the steps in any current Due Dates processes, within a specified date range, in which the currently logged-in user has some role.

The main grid may initially be empty, pending the application of Filters. In the following screenshot, filters have already been applied.

Here users can track and indicate progress toward step completion. (Any overdue steps are now highlighted in red.)

Where appropriate, any user with the necessary privileges can:

  • view the processes, jobs and clients to which steps relate,
  • enter notes,
  • reassign steps (see also Global Reassignment),
  • put steps on hold,
  • put processes on hold,
  • extend due dates, or
  • mark steps as having been completed.
